PrismMeshTerms of Use

These terms set out the conditions for using PrismMesh, provided by PrismMesh, and the rights and responsibilities of PrismMesh and of you as a user. They apply when you use the service.
What the service does
PrismMesh is a static web service that converts the images you choose in your browser and lets you preview and download the result. It currently offers a tool that converts PNG into SVG, a tool that changes the DPI of an image, and a tool that builds one animated GIF from several images. Input images and results are not uploaded to a PrismMesh server in order to be converted.
Use and cost
PrismMesh is currently free, with no sign-up and no payment. If PrismMesh later changes pricing or the terms of use, it will announce the change in the service before it applies, and it will not charge you without an explicit separate step.
Your responsibilities and prohibited conduct
You must make sure you hold the rights needed to convert an image and to use the result. You must not do any of the following.
- Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or any other right of another person
- Interfere with the security or normal operation of the service
- Use the service in violation of applicable law or for an unlawful purpose
Rights in inputs and results
PrismMesh acquires no rights in the images you provide or in the SVG, image, and GIF results produced. You must use the source images and the results within the limits of applicable law and the rights of third parties. Converting an image does not extinguish any copyright, trademark, or other right in the original, nor transfer it to you.
Changes and interruptions
PrismMesh may change or temporarily suspend all or part of the service for security, maintenance, technical, or operational reasons. Significant changes will be announced in the service in advance where practicable.
Warranty and limits of liability
Automatic conversion results vary with the image and the settings, and PrismMesh does not warrant fitness for a particular purpose or complete accuracy. Check the result yourself before putting it to real use.
PrismMesh does not limit its liability where it has acted with intent or gross negligence, or where applicable law does not permit such a limitation.
Amendments and governing law
PrismMesh may amend these terms to reflect applicable law or changes to the service, and will announce an amendment in the service before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes follow the procedures and jurisdiction set by the applicable law and the Civil Procedure Act.
